Applied to a bunch of open positions on the corporate web site. Did not get called in but choose to go down to the nearest store and inquire about status of my applications. Was sent to the store manager right away who told me that they were interested in hiring me. Was hired shortly thereafter.

Where do you see yourself in ten years? why do you want to work for Kmart
The interviewer was friendly and asked basic questions like why I wanted to work at Kmart. They asked what section of the store I’d most like to work in and then if I could lift more than 20 lbs.
Many people interviewed together, and they asked some basic questions like Can you tell me a little bit about yourself?

What are your strengths and weaknesses?

It was like your regular sales associate interview about yourself and what will you do in certain situations whatever blah blah. This review isn't real because I wanted research a company that I wanted to know so jokes on you.
