Pretty relaxed, many situation interview questions, friendly. They contacted me within a week of applying, and the entire process took about another week. It was relatively straight-forward. They didn't notify me of a dress code, but I was dressed business casual.
The interviewer was friendly and asked basic questions like why I wanted to work at Kmart. They asked what section of the store I’d most like to work in and then if I could lift more than 20 lbs.
Many people interviewed together, and they asked some basic questions like Can you tell me a little bit about yourself?
