Received initial contact with recruitment agency working for the company. Following a call with lead recruitment person an onsite interview was organised. Weeks between interview but a second stage interview with key leaders in the group was organised.

Contacted by recruiter. Everything needed to go through recruiter. Set up time and day with my schedule. Very real and open about expectations on both sides. Interviewed with the Maint. Man. Maint. Sup. and a long tendered Maint.

Interview was one phone call. Succinct, but was more like a conversation than feeling like I was being grilled. After that I received an email with the offer conditions. The employer was willing to negotiate, so keep that in mind.

Contacted by HR while not looking for a new position. Good conversation with the HR that was highly motivated and energetic. After I have an interview with the Upper Management including HR and Operations. Only HR was highly professional and the interview overall was very poor, I was treated like I wanted to join the company while I was contacted by Pentaplast and I was not looking for a new position. I also felt that the truth was not being said as the number mentioned on various company aspect did not match with what I have seen in the industry . Only HR was dressing professional and this contributed to my image of a company I do not want to be part of.

Aftera telephone interview I was asked to a face-to-face meeting. It was rather an interrogation, with questions about background information that was not mentioned on my CV. Weeks later I got the feedback e-mail about choosing a more fitting candidate.

I had a phone interview and it was followed by an in-person interview at the manufacturing facility. HR scheduled the phone interview, made arrangements for a hotel near the on-site interview, and I was reimbursed for expenses.

Phone Interview in german and english language, two on site meetings. Friendly atmosphere, but no time buffer. Promised everything, did nothing. Offered a contract soon after the second Interview

Habe mich dort beworben und erstmal gar nichts gehört. Dann nachgefragt, nach Wochen gab es dann mal Rückmeldung. Es gab zwei Gespräche im Office, sehr unpersönliche Atmosphäre, habe mich dort nicht willkommen gefühlt. Die MItarbeiter die ich gesehen habe, waren nicht gut gelaunt.
