The process was completely unprofessional and a waste of my time. I received an email requesting to schedule a phone screen. The HR rep was late and had children in the background. Upon her joining the zoom call she immediately states” you has has several jobs I don’t think you are what the hiring manager would even want which implies she didn’t even review my resume prior to sending me the invite. Promised to contact me back on the following Monday which didn’t happen. I received a rejection email 4 days later. Complete waste of my time and unprofessional.
