The interview process was somewhat interesting. The first interview is a typical phone interview that asks a number of situational/behavioral based questions. If you make it past that round, you'll go to their HQ in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. The interview is an all day event. You'll interview with about 5 different directors and then have lunch with people that are currently in the role. The interviews with the directors fly by as there are only 30 min allowed for each interview, so at times, there won't be time left for you to ask questions.
