Entrevista

Interview with two phases , the first one is a one hour talk with questions regarding knowledge of Java , Hibernate , SQL and BackEnd technologies like Spring. At the end , a exercise is proposed to a scheduled date you decide, giving you 3 hours to do it.

The second part is an exercise regarding microservices. Poorly described in one page , you'll have to implement it, once submitted you'll wait one week for a response.

You won't have the right to defend what you've implemented , they either like it or not.

Average interview experience. Had a casual one-on-one twenty minute interview. The interviewer was friendly. The interviewer introduced himself and what the company does, then asked a couple of behavioral interview questions. No technical questions.
The second set of questions were about experiences listed on my resume, So I basically gave a walk-through of my resume with examples of how I succeeded in those roles.
After the interview, I was told I will be contacted within a week.

I was interviewed, first, by 2 HR personnel- more like a panel. Then I got short-listed for the final phase which was conducted by the MD.
He was really blunt and direct.

In all, it was a great experience for me.
