Interview process was as follows:
Brief interview with the internal recruiter to see if you're who you say you are.
A week later, a panel interview with three other people that lasted an hour.
Then two weeks later, a panel interview with the same people as before. But now they've thought of more questions to ask. They seemed very unprepared this round and inexperienced in asking questions. I was asked multiple times the same question in this interview.
Then after this, radio silence for two weeks after emailing and calling the recruiter multiple times for updates. Finally an email back saying that the team would have a decision by the end of the week.
I never heard anything from the team after that, and quit asking them. It seemed extremely unprofessional to give zero updates. If I didn't get the job, that's fine, but at least tell me one way or the other.

Very simple questions about my background and resume, what drew me to the role, why am I leaving my company, etc.
They also gave a lot of hypotheticals:
Q: "If you had a lot of work, what would you do about it?"
A: Get it done, and if it's too much ask management for help.
Q: "If equipment gets to site and it isn't correct what would you do?"
A: Ask the factory if there's anything they can do about it.

Entrevista
Most of the process was video and phone calls with the manager and HR personnel. There’s nothing very technical about the interviews more so behavioral. They asked a lot about leadership which I found important and valuable as well

I applied thru JCI website and after 2 weeks I received a call from HR to schedule a phone interview. The first interview was focused on behavioral questions. One week later, the second interview was scheduled and focused on behavioral questions as well. Then a week later a I received an offer.
