I was interviewed for a role as Swedish speaking marketing Specialist for behalf of one of their clients.ä - a company selling tools. I was having a screening call with one of the recruitment agents. She asked the standard questions. As I was used to be working hybrid that was what I had written in my application. She said she would check with the client and call me back the same day or the day after. Now 2 weeks later I have still not heard from her. I have been ghosted. I was expecting a more professional process from this company as this is how try to position themselves.
