So they provide availabilities for interviews, including 7:30AM on a Saturday morning. You choose that availability, and they don't show up. You then email them asking if the interview will still occur, and they tell you that they are out of office until the following Monday. This interview was scheduled and accepted 5 days prior by their hiring team, so plenty of time to ensure that it could go ahead.
Good to know how little their candidates time is worth.

I went through 4 stages. The process taking a total of 3 weeks. 1. Initial recruiter screening call - Standard Zoom chat about role and Experience 2. Online coding Challenge 3. Hiring Manager Interview - Friendly chat about experiences and work style, opportunity to learn a bit more about Jasper and the team. 4. Technical Interview - Overview of the coding challenge, pair programming to improve solution. Couple of follow up discussions about different problems. Everyone was super friendly and made the interview comfortable and enjoyable.
