Was interviewed by the manager, was asked a series of questions and was told they would be scored. The building was open plan, jammed full of desks and the interview was done in a side bit in the main room. the people there looked miserable and lifeless. I was told after the interview I would hear back on the result within 4 weeks. It took nearly 4 months just to be given a generic email, after having trekked into the city to have an in person interview and having emailed the company a month after the interview to politely asked for an update with no response. The hiring process was very unprofessional and having found out afterwards who the job went to there was clearly some favouritism.
