I was referred by a colleague and i got to skip formal interviewing steps. My interview was two parts, the first part was with two Jacobs seniors and took the form of a 1 hour informal chat to determine my skillset and what the position was that they were offering. The second part was with the Director and was approximately 30minutes and focused on pay and what I was expecting.

Entrevista
Quick phone call. Then a face to face interview for 30 minutes. Fairly simple and easy going. General hr questions were asked. No technical questions were asked. Asked about experience
Required CV and cover letter, followed by in person interview. Prompt response following interview. Graduate Development Scheme also requires completion of only metric testing hosted by third party including judgement testing and approach to risk.
