Three phone interviews and then nothing. I didn't get any e-mails, phone calls, or any word back that they had changed the req or selected someone else. Just left me hanging after three interviews. A bit unprofessional.

Behavioral Questions with some review of past experience as listed on resume
Applied online, was contacted by recruiter. Basic questions then interviewed by team and hiring manager. Had tour of the facility. Very good experience, and felt that I could ask follow up questions.
In person interview with the management team it went well they were very welcoming. This is a panel interview, they were efficient, you will get a tour it was a very welcoming environment.
