After going through the process on-line, the operations division at Bournemouth held the entire Interview process 'assessment centre in one day'. It consisted of - 2 x 40 minute 1-1 interviews - 1 Group activity where the 6 of us had to collaborate and work efficiently and effectively in front of all the interviewees - 1 x 15 minute presentation which was done 1-1 , very pressurising , presentation was high pressure, with only ten minutes to prepare.

Hirevue was used for interview process. A bit impersonal but professional. I would say that they likely have thousands of applicants for each role and its important to take into account the culture and people who work at JP Morgan have certain ideals they uphold that you must adhere to.
