The interview process was very efficient and straightforward. I experienced a phone screen, and then an in-person interview (pre-covid) with three associates from the department. I enjoyed this interview process and the interviewers were very knowledgeable.

I was referred by an employee. Contacted by recruiter. Interviewed by hiring manager then some of the manager's peers and finally the Vice President. Standard interview process. Nothing else to add.

It was a quick one on one discussion with the hiring manager. She reviewed my resume and asked about my availability, then set up a time for training. Overall it was a very quick and easy process.

group interview process, had atleast 5 other people there and you had to do an activity together and answer some questions, some questions were for you individually and others were as a group.

It was a group interview with others which was a little more nerve wracking for some reason. Everyone was really nice and supportive though, and I appreciated the friendliness. The interview questions were basic overall.

Customer service questions. Know the company and current challenges. Don’t say negative things about competition or previous work opportunities. Understand focus and retailer positioning. Be yourself and outgoing. Teamwork is important at company.
