Interview set up with recruiter. Great interview with interviewer. Second interview with manager. Very strange questions asked and strange silences and not sure how to fill the gaps. Did not follow up.

Interviewed with HR person and CEO of Ipsos Japan in Japanese at a Career Fair in Tokyo, and it last around 30 min. They asked me a series of questions about myself, my experience as a student (since this is entry level job), and why you want to work at this company.

Two intro recruiter calls with an explicit promise of follow up to discuss specific role type and fit. Ghosted after wards with no response to my three follow up emails to the second recruiter or single follow up to the first. So unprofessional! What kind of operation are they running there.

Contact stopped mid-way - not sure why. Tried to follow up but no reply from anyone I spoke to. The role was still being advertised weeks later. Eventually heard back with apologies for the delay but they were really busy- sounds like a disorganised process
