I appeared for the interview process two times with them, The first time it was a one to one round in a weekday which lasted for about two hours though it was expected to be completed in 1 hour. It was good from my end but don't know what made them took the decision not to hire. Also for a week or maybe more, they didn't provide any feedback and after a follow up they just said your profile is slight Mismatch. 2. Then again after almost 6 months they decided to go ahead again and gave the assignment to build an editor with Drag and drop images to the canvas and a few other functionalities. While it was clearly mentioned that" it is a big task and so we are not expecting a full-fledged solution" I tried to incorporate all the said features and gave them a really good working demo. Again no feedback from their side for a week and then finally after follow up they said that "it was not up to the mark that we require" I would say as it was not a full-fledged solution so obviously it would have few missing parts which could be talked about and explained. But they made their decision without even connecting once over phone or zoom or any other medium. I would have felt better if at least once they would have connected with me and have discussed what I developed and what they were expecting. I really understand that they might have made their decision based on some factors but isn't it a good thing to provide detailed feedback or even connect once to discuss as I literally invested my so much time to them.
