The entire interview process consisted of 3 rounds. The first round was taken by the Project Manager to assess your problem solving skills and basic knowledge of DSA. The second round of the interview involved a call with the Head of Curriculum involved a teaching session where the interviewee is evaluated on content design, engagement and pedagogy. The final round with the founder for the cultural fitment focused on assessing how one would work within the company and whether the person's outlook was suitable for them or not. Overall the process was very relaxed and and the interviewers were really nice and comforting.
