It was a two rounds interview. The first one was with the line manager and HR representative. The second one was with Senior Manager and the Assistant. The first meeting was more about reviewing the CV and talking about the examples and handling different situations within the team. The second meeting was more about the experience and knowledge. Overall the process was professional and resulted in the positive outcome.

Intertek does not provide transparent communication during the hiring process. As a candidate we invest time and money trying to get hired, I think a courtesy response after should be in a company norm! It shows your company value people.

Entrevista
2 step interview. First interview with line manager consisted of Excel test and accounting questions. Second interview more of a formality to meet the head of the department. Overall good experience, I met professional and welcoming people.
