The first interview was by phone and then 3 virtual interviews with various teams in the organization that this role works with. The final interview was in person. My complaint is that the process took 2.5 months and then nothing. Not an offer and no rejection email. I was promised to hear back in a couple of days. This is unacceptable behavior. The least they could do is send a rejection email.
