I was unable to interview in-person in NYC, so all of my interviews were via phone/Skype. The first interview was with an HR/recruiter via Skype. The second interview was with the actual Team Lead via phone. The final interview was via Skype with the Team Lead and another team member.

Interview 3: More informal, in-depth description of the job. They asked for very specific examples of on-the-job knowledge I possessed.
