The first response to there add was two or three emails back and forth asking for my experience in the hotel industry. After it was determined that I had some experience they scheduled me for a phone interview. This was conducted first with the CEO of the company then later with the senior project manager. After this they flew me to Los Angeles for a interview and to show me some of there projects.
