I was being interviewed for a new office in a new market for IAS. Started off well, with three phone interviews in a span of five days. Very positive feedback, very engaged recruiters and hiring manager. From there, was flown to one of their offices for a day of interviews - and then - silence!! No feedback, nothing further from the recruiter - nothing! When asked for feedback - met with silence! Only when I saw on LinkedIn that they had hired for the position did I "officially" find out I did not get the job. Given I had to reschedule my life to fly to another country to see the hiring manager and others, the decency of follow up would have been appreciated. All in all, it was an incredibly disappointing experience with a company and role I was excited about, with experience that would have fit well with their goals.
