I apply online at mid July. They connect with me 2 weeks later after apply for phone checkout. And they ghost 2 more weeks. So i asked any update? And a weeks later they reply and want to make 45-minute video interview. The video interview scheduled late mid of August. It was general Java, Selenium, API,SQL , Automation, Manual testing & behavioral questions. The manual tester manager show up at the time for interview but the automation manager, she shows interview late. And she was not mood to do that interview. It was hard to understand her and not motivated to learn about you. She just read a couple questions from screen and want hear the answer on her papers. LOL And they ghost me again for 3 weeks until i asked any update. And a week later they said: " ... we decided another candidate whose overall qualifications better match our requirements....etc. < they just copy paste from internet>". LOL Anyway ; overall it was too slow process, not professionals organization, respond very late.
