Initial phone screen went really well. Very informative about company, products, pay, and the employee benefits that are offered.
On-site interview was also a smooth process. Was told I would be interviewing with 2 district managers but one decided not to sit in the interview after I showed up. Interview was very conversational with a few situational questions sprinkled in throughout the discussion.
Had to follow up with recruiter 3 times to eventually get the update that it was a NO, never received any feedback.

Recruiter sent me a message on LinkedIn, Phone call with them, then main recruiter phone call. Then 2 rounds with different District Managers and last round with Regional Manager & DM.
Great communication and set detailed expectations. 3 rounds of interviews. After each interview I left feeling more optimistic about the opportunity and the company as a whole. Building a good culture is important to Insperity and it shows.

They did a very good job. First call with recruiter then I had two interviews. Overall it was a very good interview experience. It does seem like the Louisiana market will be closing so not sure how helpful this will be.
