I applied and was contacted after 3 days of my application for an initial conversation with the internal recruiter about myself and salary expectations. She immediately arranged an interview with the manager of the department and another gentleman. I did receive a preparation sheet and prepared well for the interview but in the end most of those questions, or similar ones, weren't even asked..I read up about the company and none of that I had to use. At the end they asked me to fill in a short technical test, nothing heavy, just to see where I am at.. eg benefits of VoIP technology, how to create a rule in Outlook. I was asked to ring the recruiter after the interview and she then remembered to send me links to two tests.. I think she was supposed to send me them before the interview but I did them afterwards. One was a PI Test, which is basically a personality test where you have to tick boxes of personality traits you think you have and then on another page you think others think you have. The trickier test is the PLI Test, it's 50 IQ test type questions that you have to answer in 12 minutes (a bit like the Wonderlic test) . Don't desperately try to get the right answer for all of them which means you will not be able to get through most of the questions and your score will be low. you only have 12 seconds or so for every task. So try to get through as many answers as possible, even if it's your best guess. They let me do it twice because I wanted to get the right answer first. The second time I used the right method and got 11 points more. I also had a quick phone call from another teammate checking if I spoke the desired foreign language.
