Phone interview with recruiter was BDI, then HR Director was BDI, then 3 area Managers was situational. All interviews were completed remotely as the HQ was in Tempe, AZ. Offer was made and accepted. I would recommend countering the offer as they will low ball the salary. They will also grant 1 additional week of PTO depending on level. Insight only pays out to IL, MN and CA for accrued PTO if you leave the organization.
