the process was very thorough. i met with multiple people for my first interview and it took a long time for a reply but when i got the call, there was an extensive drug test, physical, background check.

Bus trip and hotel fees were covered. The candidates were invited for an on-site interview at Argo plant. We first had a tour around the plan, and then there were some presentations on the company and safety.
