It starts with an online aptitude test and a coding challenge to assess problem-solving and programming skills. This is followed by two technical interviews focusing on core CS concepts, real-time coding, and even a surprise system design round to test logical thinking. Finally, an HR round evaluates cultural fit and career goals. The company expects freshers to have strong fundamentals, a quick learning ability, and a willingness to work hard, aiming to contribute from day one despite being new to the industry., im started to fell like the market at outside is difficult to land a job.

Keep on scheduling the interview, but it never happens. So, keep on learning and attending other interviews. HRs dont attend calls. They even change their numbers the next day. This is happening from the last 30 days

Interview Process:
The process started with an online application, followed by a quick HR phone screen. After that, I completed a short skills assessment and had a panel interview with the team. Finally, I met with the hiring manager for a one-on-one discussion. Overall, the steps were clear, communication was timely, and the entire process took about two weeks.
