The requirement was for IT Security Engineer for Infosys Pune location. It was just a 1:1 round with the technical panel of two which last for around 45 mins. Then the HR call for salary negotiation after 3 days. The process took 2 weeks in all. Perhaps the process went fast because of the high attrition rate in Infosys in 2014.
It was Moderate and not hard. Where asked to write logics for few scenarios. Situation based questions where moderate in difficulty. Interview Process was of 3 rounds. Pre screening , Techincal and Hr round
The interview process was mediocre with questions on mainframe skillset and cobol programming with the client space of financial services. Also they judged the knowledge of DB2 database and pipline creation for jobs
It's good and interviewer was very knowledgeable and made me comfortable to get the best answers out of me and also questions were to test your practical knowledge rather than just theoritical knowledge
