First had a quick phone interview with someone based in the US. Then I went to the London office which is a depressing open-plan office. Not sure what's more depressing, the grey carpet or the long faces. I was interviewed first by a very strange lady who was not prepared for my interview at all and seemed very slow and demotivated. Then a senior person and finally someone who at the time had the position I applied for. Everyone asked me the same questions and none of them had any idea who I was and what I had done until then. I then had to do two tests which I did out of courtesy. The whole interview lasted almost TWO HOURS while other companies took exactly half the time for the same questions and test. I wasn't even given a laptop for the test. Ridiculous. They noticed I wasn't interested in the job, so I wasn't surprised when they didn't bother getting back to me.

They work quickly-first HR phone interview, phone interview with test, then in-person. Denied after in-person due to lack of experience, which is fine, but shouldn't they have decided that in the earlier interviews and when I did homework for them? Did get a burn and churn vibe, but looked like young and fun place to work and a chance to learn a LOT about marketing. I did appreciate that they move fast. If I had gotten the offer, I probably would have accepted, but I didn't.
