Took more than 5 months. The Manager conducting interviews without having headcount of budget approval at all. He selected group of people and told them they are selected and in and he is just waiting for Hr approval, however after 4 months i found out he didnt get any head counts approval since they offered high package for field to steal people from Oracle. The interview was just to make sure you are on of top people at oracle and trying to convince you why you should leave Oracle and Join Infor. Being at Oracle as we all know full of politics and management issues, Infor is the same taste and even worse because they have no budget to hire. Redundance and cutting head counts started while people were getting hired and on-boarding. This tell u alot about company situation. Also he told me you should feel luck im interviewing u and even if you join few months and leave because of Redudnance the experience you will get on your resume is huge. Was able to tell all temporary positions and just trying to kill Oracle tram

Was tasked with putting together a brief presentation of how I would sell into an install-base account. Fairly basic sales questions, trying to gauge how familiar I was with the challenges and self-starting acumen needed to be successful in the role

I applied online and was contacted for an initial conversation. A lady and I spoke on the phone for 30ish minutes and at the end of our chat she said she was going to move me along to the next step, an interview with the regional manager over this position in Greenville and asked what day worked best for me. We agreed on a day like 2 days out and she asked me if I could do the interview later today possibly and I said yea sure just let me know. I never heard back from her or the manager after that, I reached out to her multiple times to follow up and she just ignored me.

2 phone interviews, 1 in-person interview, 1 in-person presentation/pitch. You also take a personality quiz that matches how well of a match you can be for the position/company. Once you speak with who your hiring manager is (and their manager) you then meet on-site for an in-person interview and then come back to present a pitch/presentation so they can see your train of thought and presentation skills.
