The application was fairly typical and actual interview went well. However, their follow up needs much improvement. Interviewed with two individuals at the same time for a FT position serving a Federal government client. The flow went well and I was told they were would be completing interviews for next week. Given I didn’t hear anything after that time, I followed up on the status and was told, the interviewers really liked me but were wrapping up some last items and was asked if I could just give them a little more time, which I did. Still no feedback. I’m the end there was no closure on the entire process. They just disappeared.
