The interview process started with a phone screening by HR and then a follow up interview via phone a few weeks later. After the initial phone screening, I did not hear back from the for at least two weeks. I was definitely surprised to hear back for a interview with one of the leads. Overall, the interview did not go my way since a lot of the questions were very technical which threw me a little off guard. The interviewer was patient but seemed like he was in a rush. I did not get an offer but I also felt that the job description was not was the job would entail.
