      Entrevista

      3 Rounds of interview Round 1 : Telephonic Interview with recruiter. Discussed about Salary requirements, explained the interview process, and explained companies goals and visions. Round 2 : Technical Round with engineer. Engineer Did not call in on the scheduled day and i was asked to wait for 4 hours for the next but he never called in. The call was later scheduled for next week and went really well. 3rd Round: On site interview at Oak land . 2 out of 5 interviewers did not show up for the interview and were replaced by others who never gave a minute to review the submitted resume. Interviewers were really nice and humble and most of them totally aligned with the company's values. Round 2 :

      The most irrelevant questions were asked by the most senior person in the interview since he was reading my resume for the first time. The others were really technical and professional and you could tell that they knew what they were talking about. Q: What are your Technical skills ?? As i mentioned he did not read my resume. Q: Asked me about the vendors i have worked before, he was probably looking for some feed backs on some vendors. ( totally Irrelevant) Q: Totally forgot to introduce himself.
