I was given an interview schedule. When I arrived, the receptionist greeted me warmly and had me sign in. I was shown to a conference room and interviewed with HR reps. They were warm and friendly, which set the tone for the rest of the interview team. The interview team consisted of HR, an International Sales Analyst, Dir of Quality, VP of Engineering and the hiring manager. All provided their backgrounds with the company and what they did. All were transparent in letting me know they were going through changes. And all were up for the challenge of change.
