Fast and simple. Two stages initial vibe check call then a task based interview where you completed a sales task and then presented it and answered questions. Was not a test more of a conversation.

The interview process was effective and swift, IQPC moved very quickly through the interview period and was conducted within two weeks. The interviews were informative and gave me a good understanding about the role and the company, the task that was required for the final stage was well explained and an enjoyable experience. IQPC were also very accommodating with travel and allowed me to conduct the interview virtually which was greatly appreciated.
