If you go into a store, the managers give you an application to fill out on site. If they call you back, the interview process only lasts for about 10 minutes. They generally ask what types of jobs you worked at, and how good you are with people. However, this feels mostly like a formality due to the turnover they have there. Most people with an application can receive an interview or job (judging by my previous coworkers).
Amazing people were friendly offered water laughed and asked a couple simple questions and offered the position they normally start as host the staff were also very friendly and inviting
Lol it was barely an interview but I need to type more words so I guess it was fine giraffe flute you and me and my friend mcgee I was in college so it was a job the manager was fine
Extremely simple. Asked me my 3 strengths and weaknesses and a couple other basic interview Qs & hired me on the spot. They are desperate will hire anyone who breathes.
