Initial phone call.
Second round is about system designs. They will drill down on system components that you are most familiar with. They expect you to be as technically deep as possible and able to justify all components and reason for using it.
Recruiter was professional, kind, and asked thoughtful questions. Really enjoyed the interview experience. Although I did not get an offer, it seems like the company/team is well organized, communicates well, and knows what they're looking for in terms of the role I applied for.

Entrevista
I got an interview through a recruiter in Maine. The interview was quite lighthearted with two members of the team. After a few weeks, I was told that they felt I was better suited for a role at a different department and asked for another interview with the specific department, but at that point I had another offer and decided to not pursue any further interviews.
