I was contacted on LinkedIn by a recruiter, the role was FSP. Had a 30 minute phone chat with the recruiter, in general, about my experience and the job requirements. I then had an online interview with the line manager. The discussion delved deeper into the specifics of the role, and my own experience in relation to those specifics. I had a second interview with the manager from the client, and the topics were similar to the first interview.

Entrevista
Initial phone call with the recruiter
Followed by HireVue recorded screening interview - questions about teamwork, excel, why do you want to work at ICON etc
Then an hour-long interview with two department supervisors who asked to go through my CV, situation-based questions, competency-based questions etc.
Final round interview with two department directors to have a 15 minute chat about the role which was followed by an excel quiz which must be completed in 15 minutes

A form was filled out in workday. Then the interview was held online via a platform called HireVue. Questions were asked, and I had 3 minutes to record myself. Game assessments were also included.
