El proceso duró 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en ICF (Fairfax, VA) en ene 2011
Entrevista
A human capital representative reached out to me after I submitted my application via ICF's website. I had a first round interview with a member of HR who asked me some general questions and told me my salary (which was non-negotiable). After our brief conversation (10 minutes) she put me in touch with the hiring manager and arranged a phone interview for to take place the next week. After my phone interview with the hiring manager (also the on-site manager), I had a one-on-one interview with her. Then I had one more interview with a hiring panel of on-site staff.

Do you think that your master's degree aligns to this job, and if so, how?
There were many steps (numerous interviews, writing samples, virtual onsite) and a full day virtual onsite but I consistently received prompt responses and valuable feedback. Great team and enjoyed the process overall
None of the interviewers turned their cameras on and they did not seem super engaged. Someone was even driving in their car while they interviewed me. The folks were generally nice and answered all my questions about the company.
I had a 20 minute phone interview first with the recruiter, then an in-person interview with the Project Manager, and received a follow-up with the recruiter to ask how everything went and if I had any outstanding questions. I was hired shortly after. The whole process took about 10 days.
