There was a telephonic round with Operations manager first
Then another telephonic interview with the Area Manager
Then one on one interview with the Operations Manager. I was asked questions about how to handle a team well? what are the ways to increase team's productivity and to boost their morale.
I was also questioned about the performance KPIs from my last organization (Dell) and i was also asked some technical question as it was going to be a technical sales process.
The telephonic round with Area Manager was more focused on team handling skills and the first round with Operations Manager was more about the performance parameters of my previous organization.
