the process started with some employee psoting on the public website and me contacting him to refer myself... I was referred and interviewed for position in a long 2 hours 3 sessions. Got selected and accepted post negotiations

Asked about the E2E Manufacturing process, implementation tools. Behavioral questions and leadership approach on some scenarios.

Interview process was quick, very prompt with timings. Had a great interview with room to explain my views on the subject. Had 4 rounds and the difficulty level increased as the levels pass. HR and offer process was very slow. Took more than 2 weeks to even talk about numbers.
