I had two interviews, the first was over the phone and the second was in person. The phone interview was really just basics, what do you expect, how many hours, tell me about yourself. I had to give a 60 second biography, I probably talked for three minutes because I got carried away. Don't get carried away, just be concise. At the end of the phone interview I was asked to schedule a time to take an ACT test (you need to score a minimum of 29 I believe). I took the test 3 days later, and it was graded that night; I came back in another two days for an in person interview which was average in terms of difficulty and I was offered the job by the end of the week.
