The interview consisted of typical interview questions plus questions relative to the position. Questions relating to the position included, are you willing to clean patients/clients, are you willing to deal with aggressive patients, how far are you willing to travel. Overall it was an easy interview process. It took about three weeks to receive a rejection letter in the mail.
The position is basically a CNA position. If you are not willing to do this type of work, than I would not waste time applying.

I applied for this job 9 years ago, was interviewed and hired. I was interviewed by two individuals who asked me about my experience in the Human Services. I did discuss with them my teaching/ special education experiences in the classroom. And that I received a minor in Human Resources from Bowie State University. Then the interviewers asked me about the company. I did respond by communicating the company's history and mission statement. Then the interviewers thanked me for my time as I did theirs.
