The process itself was a little too easy. I applied online and received a call from the recruiter about a week later. When I arrived for the interview their was no one at the front desk for 10 minutes. (I also rang the bell) The interview itself was extremely unprofessional. The parson giving the interview was 20 minutes late and when she came out I was asked to wait. I was asked by 3 different sales people If I was being helped and I advised I was there for an interview. 15 minutes later I was taken back for an interview. I was cut short of time but the questions were extremely easy. I emailed the recruiter following up 4 days latter after not hearing anything and did not receive anything in return from her; 2 hours later I received the generic online rejection from the Taleo site.

They first part of the interview is a recorded phone interview process-- very informal. You call in, and it's 8-10 pre recorded questions. The automated system asks you question, you have a brief pause, and then you will hear a "beep". Then you are able to respond with your answer and hit # sign when you are finished. This proved very challenging as you were unable to re record your answer. I was offered to proceed to the next step (face-to-face) but after giving them my available dates/times for interview, they sent me an email a week later saying the funds were not there anymore for this position. Just really seemed like a drawn-out process and very informal.
