3 rounds of grueling interviews just for them to not reply back to my follow up email. I am very disappointed in the way Humana handled their interview process. The recruiter was responsive throughout the whole interview process up until the position got filled without notifying me that the position is posted. Shame on you Humana.

My 4-stage interview process went as follows (I didn't engage with any recruiter; all communications were through the hiring manager) : - The 1st round was an AI tool with questions to answer about your background. - The 2nd was with the hiring manager to chat about the role and questions about my background. - 3rd was with a panel - 4th with a VP The process was smooth. I received communication and always responded to the hiring manager promptly. Even when messaged during the weekend, I still showed enthusiasm and interest. Everything was going well until I had the final interview with the VP, and the hiring manager ghosted me after that. I was in total shock! I reached out multiple times, and the emails were ignored. I still can't believe I was treated this way. I was nothing but respectful of people’s time throughout the process. Very disappointing!
