I recently attended the interview and orientation session for a fresher position here, and my experience was disappointing due to a significant lack of transparency. While the opening was advertised as a standard job opportunity, it was revealed during the session that candidates are required to pay Rs. 19,000 for an internship program. This financial requirement was never mentioned in the job description or initial screening calls. I cannot recommend a recruitment process where the terms change this drastically, asking candidates to pay for a role rather than hiring them for one.
