I was impressed with the company and culture, but not the interview process. It's a small company and the interview process didn't include an introduction to the person that would be your potential manager, which seemed strange. Additionally, since there are no recruiters in the company, peers of this position were managing the hiring/interviewing.
The interview portion was composed of four separate, one-hour long interviews, each with a different employee. For the most part they asked the same questions, so while this system worked fine, it seemed very odd that they didn't just save everyone time and combine this to one longer interview where all four interviewers were present to assess the candidate and get to know them.
In my experience, one of the interviewers was a very poor communicator and shouldn't be interviewing. They talked the majority of the time about themselves and posed poor, long-winded questions. However, the other interviewers were good communicators and overall gave a good idea overview of the company.

What new features do you think Hopper should offer?
First a recruiter interview, then a test case with prototype and two product people interview to evolve the case, both of them like a live work presentation. Very quick responses and very clear on everything.
The interview process was not good. I decided to add this review so if you have a poor experience, you know it wasn't because of you. The first two rounds (Recruiter screen and Hiring Manager interview) were great. But for the third round I met with a member of the broader team. My interviewer seemed unprepared, and the format of the interview was completely different from what the recruiter told me it would be. It was hard to track the throughline with a lot of their lines of questions (even when I asked clarifying questions), and the thought exercises we did were not very well planned out and often meandering. I honestly felt like the interview was set up for failure from the start.

Questions from the recruiter screen and hiring manager interview were pretty standard - What interests you in the role? Tell me about a time you launched a product with a tight timeline? Etc.
Questions from the third round honestly wouldn't make sense posted here outside of the context of the interview
had a conversation with the hiring manager that followed a structured, standard interview format. The questions were well thought out, directly aligned with the role, mainly to assess my experience, problem-solving skills, and approach to collaboration.
