Entrevista
Well I applied to Hertz, thinking that it would be a very interesting position. About a week later, I got a call, and it was similar to a phone interview. They asked me various questions, on why I want it, what kind of experience I have, etc. Then a few days later, I got another call from someone else, and they asked me the same questions. After that was done, she sent me an email regarding my background check. After that was done, I got another email a day later telling me everything looks good. So a few days later I get a call from the Area manager, to schedule an interview. I go for the interview, and it went very well. I believe I answered all the questions on point. He said he will give me a call soon to schedule an interview with the branch manager. But that never happened. I never heard from him again.

Honestly, most of the questions were based on situations, such as difficult customers, not getting along with co-workers, strengths, etc. You know, the basic interview questions.
The interview was pretty smooth, it was more like a chat with the interviewer. I got asked basic interview questions however I thought that because it was a trainee position.

What will you do if you're done with your tasks for the day and still had some time at work ?

I applied for this position 1 week before I got a email from a recruiter asking for my resume because "She couldn't see it on her end". Understandable technology messes up sometime cool. I sent her a email with my resume attached and apologized for the inconvenience (knowing damn well it aint my fault) and she didn't respond 3 days later I called her phone number courtesy of her email signature. She apologized and sent me a interview link...... Had the interview with the branch manager seemed like a nice interview. He asked me questions and I answered to the best of my ability, I asked him questions about the day to day and he answered and we ended the call with him giving my his email stating if i had more questions to email him. I send him a Thank you Email about 5 mins later and get no response. 5 days later I go on the Hertz portal to see if they had any other locations a bit closer to me because the location I applied for didn't and instead I find the job I just interviewed for saying I wasn't selected. It would've been nice to have gotten an email so I didn't have to put other applications on hold

terrible process, was too many interviews and to many questions for a MT job. They took to long to get back with me, and would not give the reasons why I was not hired.
