First interview is the the HR Representative & all that is discussed is potential pay, benefits, job expectations. If you are still interested after that, you will return for a follow-up interview. If successful at that particular interview, you will leave with a book entitled "A Journey Into the Heroic Environment: A Personal Guide for Creating Great Customer Transactions Using Eight Universal Shared Values" by Rob Lebow. You will read this book, study it, and return for 1-2 interviews and discuss the book. The majority of interviews are a panel interview. Be aware that if you are currently in any beverage field, whether their direct competitor or not, your manager will most likely find out that you applied there. Stress on your application that they are not to contact your employer unless they are extending a job offer to you. Otherwise, the men at this company turn into gossips and will go behind your back and in no time, your boss at Coke or Pepsi will know that you applied with them.
